In response to the situation in Tohoku, we have decided to donate 500 Yen from every ticket sold for the beer seminar to the Tohoku disaster relief effort in conjunction with the Japan Red Cross. We hope to see you at the EATT Event and we will try and do our best to raise some money to help!

Welcome to the EATT wine and beer seminar. Your hosts will be Ryan, Niall and Risa. This is the first seminar in 2011 after a series of successful wine and beer seminars in 2010. Thank you for coming in 2010.

Niall has travelled all over the world trying over 3000 beers in my search for perfection and would like to introduce you to some styles which you may be less familiar with.
Niallが世界中を旅して、完璧なビールを探し求め 3,０００種類以上のビールをこれまでに試したことがあり、その中でも皆さんが馴染みのないスタイルのビールをいくつか紹介したいと思います。
In this seminar we will introduce you to one of the most popular microbrew companies in Japan, Baird Beer from Numazu in Shizuoka. Last year Baird was one of the most successful companies at the World Beer Awards in America. We will also have some quality beers from the USA, Belgium and other parts of the World.
今回のセミナーでは、日本で最も人気の高い一つである地ビール、静岡県沼津発祥の地ビールベアードブルーイングを紹介します。 昨年、ベアードブルーイングは、アメリカの世界ビール賞において最も成功した企業の一つでした。その他にも、アメリカの上質のビール、ベルギーとその他各国のビールをいくつか紹介します。
We will also be offering the usual selection of tasty snacks to go with the beer. Last years parties were a great success and we hope to see you back for more fun this year!
そして、いつもの通りビールに合うおつまみも用意てます。昨年のパーティは大成功に終わり、今年もさらに楽しく皆さんとお会いできるよう期待します。
